"Getting Used" to a weapon

Lately I had an interesting idea to make the weapon efficiency more realistic.

Besides the skills there should be a way, to raise the hit and crit ability by using a weapon more often.

Lets say by skilling you can reach 10/15 in these things. But to really max the weapon out, you must go out and get used to it and recieve the 15/15.
The actual numbers shouldn't be changed so 10/15 still means the same like 10/10. (Read that sentence twice please before you start to flame! :silly2:)

I mean it would be just realistic as in real life every weapon has a different feeling too.

This thread is not to annoy those people with high skills who already maxed all weapons, it is also to help people with semi high and low skills to get a better efficiency.
For example you are level 25 Plasma Sniper (hit), so you have 2.5/10 hit ability on a Marber. By using it very often you can raise that to 7.5/10 or so, or better said 7.5/15...

General numbers: 10/15 hit ability still means 50%-100% damage on a gun. 15/15 could make that to 60%-100% or whatever.

To make that idea a little more tasty to MA: Not using a weapon often enough could lower the efficiency again to the old state. So as a psychical side effect, some people will always try to keep it up at 15/15 and hunt alot more. :D
 
But people would pick up on this quite soon. And everyone would have this boost of HA. To balance things out MA would have to nerf the weapons. That would cause a riot!
