Not sure this is the right place to post, but I'm looking to rent out a Laganaus Arms Personal Cannon. I've looked though quite a few renting services here on EF, but it wasn't in any. Anyone willing to lend one out, or know someone?:D
 
H&R has an adjusted lag cannon in the Silver section. You can rent it with collateral without going through the membership scrutinization.

I saw that, but thought that the system with scanning ID, joining fees etc. was too complicated..so I don't have to be a member if I have collateral?
 
There's a single line that's easy to miss at the end of the bit on how to apply that says:
