New Entropedia tool: Armor Adviser

Added customizable markup, and some other minor changed. You can now set disired average damage instead of maximal average damage. Also limted the list to 25 combinations.

I have a lot of things I would edit there but I don't want to mess anything :)
Plus no one is really sure how Aurli damages are yet... I only update the items in the loot frequency at every mob :)

I've updated it with 33% each of Acid/Impact/Cut, which I think is our best estimate so far, and certainly closer to the truth than no info at all :)
 
Really nice tool. I know your to do list has grown but this tool is on my favorites now. + rep.
