hey all :)

i used lucky's chip to unlock my ESL :) a few months ago.

i don't have uber peds or items but i was lucky enough to have a friend provide collat...don't forget about friends when wanting to unlock ESL

I needed a lot of tries, about 100 I think, and Luckycharm had a lot of patience.
