I'm not sure if this is the right section but I've decided to track profits/losses from hunting, mining, crafting, and taxes for a while.

In addition, I'll try to track gains for all skills along with any notable loots. I'm planning on trying to add 1 somewhat interesting video clip as often as possible. :) We'll see where this goes....
 
might be that economic section is a beter place?

Or the old diary system (oh, I miss the old diary section :cry:)

Day 1
I posted this thread about midway through the day so I don't have tax collected or hunting data for the earlier runs on Daspletors (which I might say went quite poorly). I decided to crack away at some more Daspletors with my friend Ruchnik healing me.

Run 1 (CND Dome 16 - Small Daspletors - 5.5% Tax)
Armor used: None
1050 PED Ammo (900 Light Blp/150 Med Blp)
307.26 PED Repairs
105 PED to Fapper
1807.82 Ped of Loot (Market %)
Items of interest: Flourite, Vumpoor Crem
*1 HOF, 2 Globals: 710, 234, 211

Loot - (Ammo + Repairs) = +345.56 PED

Observations: The loot seems to be similar to the loot prior to multiple decent item drops in the past for me. It is difficult to say how I can guess this but basically if you've ever camped a mob the loot type changes during certain time periods. For example, black paint seems to be around more often on Dasp when there is a decent item soon to drop. Two other indicators on Daspletors are Flourite and 2732 Pistols; both of which are currently dropping.

I moved over from smaller Daspletors to see if perhaps some hunting would help jar something loose. Often times if one of the domes isn't paying for me I'll see a team come into the other of the 2 domes and get a few nice HOFS so I've learned to switch back and forth.

Run 2 (CND Dome 17 - Big Daspletors - 5.5% Tax)
Armor used: Carramone + 5B
1000 PED Ammo (900 Light Blp/100 Med Blp)
408.04 PED Repairs
85 PED to Fapper

Observations: The big ones seemed to be holding back on giving any sort of substantial loot over 1,000 PEDS earlier in the day (not included in this thread) which has typically spelled a 2-4k loot is soon to come.

Run 2 in Dome 17 went considerably better than Run 1 in Dome 16 but simply pushed me into having another go at Dome 17 (which turned out to be a mistake).

Run 3 (CND Dome 17 - Big Daspletors - 5.5% Tax)
Armor used: Carramone + 5B
1000 Ped Ammo (900 Light Blp/100 Med Blp)
412.42 PED Repairs
85 PED to Fapper
929.83 PED of Loot (Market %)
Items of interest: None
*8 Globals: 64, 50, 56, 56, 239, 53, 239, 53

Loot - (Ammo + Repairs) = -567.59 PED

Total Profit/Loss to Date = -726.87 PED

*Not counting Skillgains til End of Blog*

Observations: There have been far worse days on Daspletors.

Perhaps Day 2 will go a bit better.
