A little help,please

I dl'd and ran setup, and then I launch 'Entropia tracker Suite' and it wants a password and api key. It refuses to do any more until I give it that. So now what? It wont take my ET username, and the website says I don't need an api key. I can't find a help file or a tutorial.
But I'm running Win 7, could that be the problem?

EDIT: Nevermind, I see that I do need an api key.

Your username is the username you use to log into Entropia Tracker website, and your api key can be found under Control Panel on Entropia Tracker website.
You need them both so that the program knows who you are when it grabs your globals.
