Ok, lets try this again. Finally got my system working as was able to log in. Actually had it sold but couldn't get in game and they bought someone elses!
Only accepting PED, no trades, no outside of PE money exchange. In game trade of PEDs only. I realize that people don't carry this kind of PED around so if you can prove intent of getting in deposited I'll be patient.
