I play this game for 5 years and have 190 HP i get this on all items

Item is not ready to be upgraded yet!


WTF!!!!!!
 
Item upgrades are not connected to players skills or attributes...
 
All weapons start from scratch, you need to use it enough to get it up to 0.9 (or possibly 1.9 - I've not logged in since tiers were introduced) in order to be able to upgrade it.

UL you need to get upto 0.9 by using them and then upgrade manually.

(L) unlock tiers automatically as you use them

Basically go out and start firing your guns, or using faps, mining gear etc. ;)

read the forum, i bet that after you will figure out how to unlock tiers on gear you will start topic with few more !!!! characters :D
