I keep getting this "nice" message from time to time when i try to change weapons/fap.. Its a bit sucky...

same happened to me with enmatter finder 2-3 days back. relog is the only thing which helped
 
Yah, I've been seeing this msg often also.

I'm not sure if it's showing in the place of the old current item is being equipped msg (or something of the sort) or not.
 
each time i used the implant inserter i got this but that was last vu
not done this vu yet
 
a guy in my soc had that problem... I dunno how he fixed it though



have you tried pressing the "Stand/stop" button btw? :)
