% of Decay vs. General Description of Decay.

This was in Chainfire's post to Marco's response +rep to Chainfire.

So I thought that instead of going off Topic in there, it need its own. Instead of having "Average" "Above Average" or "Below Average" would it be better to state % - Percentage of Decay so that we get a better idea of how out items will work.

Of course the Decay depends on what it is being used against, and the chances during that hit/use. So maybe call it Average Percentage of Decay or "Stated Percentage of Decay"

Or maybe Percentages in a range of 10's (10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%, 100%)

There could be other ideas that would work better.

What do you think? I think it would just gives a better idea to budget better.
