LIBRARY PLANS ARE ON HOLD AT THE MOMENT. I DO HAVE BLUEPRINTS AND MIGHT LOAN THEM FOR COLLATERAL FOR FREE, BUT YOU NEED TO PM ME TO SET UP A DEAL LIKE THAT IF YOU WANT. I'M CURRENTLY ON HOLD WITH MAKING MAJOR DEPOSITS FOR A FEW MONTHS DUE TO SOME ISSUES IRL.



However, most of the Duchev logs are in display in the apartment.









I've started a small library of blueprints that I will "rent" to you for free. The goal here is to create a handful of blueprints that have descent qr eventually that can be used by anyone in the community. Please only rent the blueprints before you plan to do a run, and return them later in the same week if possible (or as soon as you can find me online after you're done with your run) so that there's not blueprints sitting in someone's inventory for multiple weeks not being used when they could be in use by another avatar.

Collateral on any blueprint is 3x highest historic auction price seen in auction history screen. If any of the Blueprints eventually get a qr higher then 50, collateral might go up, but the service will remain "free."

All collateral is returned when the rented blueprint is returned. There is a maximum of only one blueprint that may be rented at a time per avatar. When you rent any of the blueprints your avatar's name will be listed in this thread as well as the collateral amount so that it's easier for myself and others to know who's got what, and keep track of what's going on (this also discourages scamming).

The blueprint books that house the library are currently located on the floor in Apartment 15E in the Delta Tower at Omegaton West Habitat.

This rentable blueprint collection does not include blueprints in my personal collection. Blueprints in my personal blueprint collection are on a Tron Tower in the same apartment that the Library is housed in. If you have never seen a fancy book design on a nearly full book come on over and take a look around since my personal books are on display. The component I book on the tron tower is only missing one blueprint at the moment. If you don't see that book on the tron tower, it's likely because I'm using it to craft something at the moment.

Here's the blueprints currently on the L-Quent Sideboard in Omegaton Delta Tower, Apartment 8H that this "Library" is in as of today, 5/7/2011. I keep my own personal collections of books in the same apartment on a Tron Tower - my personal collection is NOT FOR SALE.

Not a lot of QR yet, I know... but this service is really just starting. Over time more blueprints will enter the library and more QR will be grown.

Bump.

Also thinking about a "trading" service where I'll swap blueprints you need for what I need, but am reluctant to get too much in to that because in the past when I've done that it got way to messy and complicated. When you have over a thousand blueprints in inventory or storage they all start looking alike and it's a pain in the butt to find just that one or five blueprints others are wanting right then and there in a p2p trade. Working on organizing stuff in Open Office. There might be a few spares somewhere in storage hidden that I can add to the Library's collection. Always willing to take "donations" to this cause.

Thanks for the bumps. I probably need to update the list. Will probably do that in a few days.

Now that we can 'drop' blueprint books on this planet again (some error messsage would not let us do this in prior vus for some oddball reason), I have put the 'library' and my own blueprint books on display in Apartment 8H of the Delta Tower at Omegaton. My own books are on the Tron Tower. The 'library' collection is on the L-Quent Sideboard. You'll have to shoot me a pm here and/or meet me up in game to actually do a library loan so that we can meet up in the apartment to make the exchange of the blueprint you want for your collateral or vice versa.

If nothing else this gives the non-bp collectors a place to come and look at what some fairly filled books look like on the outside covers.

just a little bump. If you do visit the 'library' please walk around if you want to see the books... Apparently MA never fixed the problem that makes books not show up on screen until you are x feet from them. That might be why that whole books cannot be dropped on this planet bug came around in the first place?... Anyways, the books on the L-quent and Tron are not really visibile until you are almost there sitting on top of the furniture, but that's ok... after all this is a 'lost library'! ...

p.s. I never know when I'm going to log in these days as I don't have standard 'office hours' in game. If you are interested in burrowing from the library, shoot me a PM and I'll try to arrange a time to pick up your collateral and get the blueprint you want for you out of the apartment.
 
updated listing today and also have a google document set up that shows what blueprints are in my own collection, the library collection, and are available for sale in either the shop or in person to person trades that is available upon request in pm.

Here's the blueprints currently on the L-Quent Sideboard in Omegaton Delta Tower, Apartment 8H that this "Library" is in as of today, 5/7/2011. I keep my own personal collections of books in the same apartment on a Tron Tower - my personal collection is NOT FOR SALE.

Not a lot of QR yet, I know... but this service is really just starting. Over time more blueprints will enter the library and more QR will be grown.

a few pics

added a little bit more furniture, decided to keep my weapons here when I'm not hunting since there's room at the moment. Not sure if MA keeps making more blueprint books if that'll always be the case... Also not sure if I'll keep this library going, as the paintings make me want to start a gallery here, but we'll see...













 
did some more redecorating tonight... starting to look nice. Even moved the ad screen up here from down in the basement, so it's nice and homey... took down the godawful looking nallo ceiling lamps, except the one in the hallway since MA has made it so that I can't remove that as there is no way to replace the lighting out there if I do... replaced them with some Christmas stars. I like the soothing blue the stars put out. Beats the icky green tint that the nallo put out due to the color of the wallpaper, etc.

Got several statues and paintings in there. Will likely add more in the future. Starting to look like a nice little library/relaxation area.

added a couple more carpets, and rearranged a bit the last few days.

Moved ad screen back down to the shop for now, but it might come back up here (or there might be another one added eventually ;) )
