Just wanna see if it even is possible to sell this house.
Forgot stats, but I think it were 281points inside, 16points in additional, but the 3rd I
have not even taken notice of.
Gonna have a look next time I log in, for exact stats.

Stats are 60 guests, indoor points 280 and additional area 16, thats it.

I think it's for sure possible, maybe not at the price you want. I had a friend who was ready to buy at 5K this time last year but couldn't find a seller at that price. You might also check with Kemp since he lives and is active in your neighborhood too.

Yeah, I saw a auction for sometime ago, guess it could be the one you mention.
My idea were between 4k-4.5k.

Imo Kemp should spend his money on way better things, like hunting! (We're in same soc )

Ok, same house, new month. Could it be sold for 5k or nearby?
