If you log out during a fort event and relog after the event is finished, and try to add a tier enhancer to an item with tier level less than one, you will dupe the item (with tt = 0).
It is probably related with decay discount system.
Please MA fix it before we got economy ruined, if you look in Event List, everybody runs events right now for single purpose of duping items..
