It's apartments 3C, Bilton Towers 1
The apartment is medium sized.

How much might this be worth today? Not sure if I'm selling, but if you give me an offer I cant refuse, who knows. :cool:

i bought one about a year ago i think i payed somewhere around 900-1k can't remember bilton towers apartments use to frequently go for that high i dunno why as for now possibly 500-1k but i haven't followed the prices much now
 
i would say worth about 400-500 ped, cause few on auction at 430 (TI city platinum building) and havent sold with 4days.

If anyone offers 750 PED for it, I'll regrettably sell it now actually! Otherwise it's a keeper for me for now :)
