Can't figure out how to add materials to an item tier recipe

I was attempting to add and update Tier 1 of the UL Vivo T15 that I just tiered up to entropedia. I managed to add the entry but cant figure out how to list all the materials and quantities. Help isnt really helpful either.

On the left Menu under Manufacturing there are two charts the 'Tier' chart and the 'Tier Ingredients' chart.

I see you've done the first step which is to add the Item type and Tier number to the Tier chart.

Now simply go to the Tier Ingredients chart and click the 'Add ingredients in bulk' button at the top.

Select the item (Vivo T15 Tier 1), and select the ingredients and enter the amounts - when all done click the Add button.
