Anyone Knows where the exact coords for soulshakers locations? i cannot find them. People always saying that its W or E of City of dreams TP, but its not here...
Need to complete the missions on rocktropia :)

Just follow the road from City of Dreams to the tp where the old CND club is (the one east towards the ND dragons, can't remember the name). They are humanoid mobs, mixed with the car jackers etc.

True, but they respawn pretty quickly :D

Studio Street is the name of that tp.
Also if there suddenly are only Stereo Jackers or Mulholland Boys then just keep killing them and Soulshakers will respawn eventually.
