Buying: tiger/ghoul arms(m) and face(m) (upgrade from phantom)

I'd like to upgrade my current Phantom(m) arms and face. Tiger or Ghoul would be nice.

The very possible variant is exchanging those phantom parts (with some peds, ofc) for the same ghoul ones, but I could buy one or two pieces also.

Also considering x-change for other parts, my current setup is:
face, arms - Phantom
foot - Ghoul (less likely I'll change this, but who knows...)
harness, thighs, shins - Jaguar
gloves - tiger (up to martial sga? )

Generally seek for Tiger or Ghoul, anything above is too rich for my current wealth. Well, random Martial sga maybe... I'm dreaming
