Hi all , like some weeks ago , MA locked my account for trade with a scammer , so I sent a support case , they asked me for an ATTESTED photo id , so ive sent one.
Four days after they received it , and said me to wait a couple of days and they will answer me , but now , like 2 weeks have passed since they said me that , and my account is still locked , I sent more support cases and they answer always the same , " We know youre very frustrated , but we dont have any info bla bla bla...."
Its imposible to take 2 weeks for unlock my account , its only a one-click thing.
Im so tired of waiting.
What do you recommend me people , open a new account or wait for their answer?
And yes , im very frustrated , but for their support.
They must be shame for have that support , in any other online game , when you send a support case they answer you within some hours , MA takes 24 hours minimun to answer.
