Determining Who Wins
Think of your finds as playing cards, where the resource constitutes the suit and the quantity constitutes the value.
E.g. Dung24, Bruk33, Papp118.
We will build a stack of cards from bottom-up.
The participant with the top card at the end wins. The participant with the card right below the top card (the second top-most card) will be first runner-up. Asf.
We start with a secret card that will be revealed after the contest is over.
We then use a well established principle with card games all over the world. You can put a card on the stack, a) if it has the same suit as the current top card, b) if it has the same value as the current top card, c) if it is a Joker card. Otherwise, your find will be discarded.
There will be three Joker combinations in this game, which are also secret and will be revealed after the contest is over.

Secret Joker cards: Bomb14, Dung40, Trut56
A finds Bruk30 discarded
B finds Niss18 discarded
C finds Papp20 and goes on top (Papp on Papp)
B finds Dung33 discarded
B finds Bomb20 and goes on top (20 on 20)
A finds Niss54 discarded
C finds Haim44 discarded
C finds Dung40 and goes on top (Joker card)
A finds Dung65 and goes on top (Dung on Dung)
B finds Niss42 discarded
C finds Papp122 discarded
C finds Rut14 discarded
Event ends here because time has run out.
A is the winner, because his Dung65 is on top.
C is the first runner-up with his Dung40.
