East of Nate Valley, you'll find the Sissipahaw Water Treatment Plant, 39440 / 33950
Pretty useless as there are no facilities, this place is just pleasant for the eyes.

I really hope we see this place in action in some sort of mission/invasion it looks really nice and is lost to many people because of its remote location .
