ok I am interested in peoples hunting DPS...
and let us take it old school :) non of the average dmg and 8% miss rate... just do a straight calculation...


For me soon
Tier 6 Rainbow
265.6 Damage a swing
37 swings/min
----------
9827.2 dmg in a min / 60 seconds = 163.79 old school DPS.....


would be very interested how this rates to various other weapons and amps...
List your most DPS weapon that you hunt with.... (non of these exotic amps...) just real hunting gear you actually run 1000s of peds through...

interested in guns + amps + tiers
Mod mercs
Foerippers
Imp DOA
Unique Dub & McCormick Terminator
BL1800
PoDs
HL18s....
Adj v1s etc
various other weapons... just add your shit to the list :) anything over 100 is interesting

Please no amps over Evil or 204... since it is unrealistic to say you run day in and day out with Bulltac elite or pro900 ;)



So I will start out the list... this is a list everyone can be on! Please keep it to UL weapons... because you can not maintain a tier 10 XT etc... they break and u have to tier it back up...



BTW I know I am not even in top 20 of DPS this isnt a list of bragging... this is more of a list to compare DPS and look at various event winning DPS combos ;)

I run tier 5 Mod FF 4400M + a204 (88.95 DPS) @ 150 range to tier 7 Mod Merc + a204 SGA (194.79 DPS) @ 49.5 range.
 
Buck's Mod DAR, tier 6 (I think it still is) = 156.3 DPS with a204 @ 155m!
 
Ty for the updates the list is coming together...

some of these DOAs have nice DPS...

But it isnt unrealistic to run every day E-Amp 15 .. even for nubz with L guns :yay:

star has Ancient MM T6 (check tier ath list) + a204 that should be 127,2 * 86 / 60 = 182,32 dps

Obviously the top hunters on the tracker are probably using a lot of DPS, this is just another "look at what I have thread" everybody knows you have a rainbow sword Joker!

If you must know what I have though you can check out my forum signature and it clearly shows you what I hunt with .. or maybe not? ;)

you got it wrong danimal:)

My setup is ASI-30 Desert+Beast no enhancer, no laser, no scope that;s about 50-60 DPS...and I am number 32 on top 100 30 days:)
 
foeripper t7+ vrex t7 are my dps weapons ;)!

Melee weapons shud have at least 10 times higher damage to compensate and balance with ranged damage dealers.
In time melee user reach mob other ranged hunters do few K of damage on it already.
Same for PVP.
Seem we all know that except MA who dont care and dont want or dont know to balance melee, mindforce and ranged professions.

agreed I do hope they get things together in the melee profession... we have big promise... now is time to fix things! :)


I hope they listen to the #1 skilled person in this entire game... I think melee users have been long forgotten... I do hope things change in the future... I have faith in Kim :)
 
As far as I have seen on Xpl0jds stream he is using a a105 amp on the weap :)

strange that all the X5s that have reached tier 6 are still stuck at tier 6... for many many months

why should all weapons be the same? if you dont like it use another type of weapon and if you dont do this you have a reason for it so there must be an advantage for you
