So I'm confused about this...I thought Akbal was an upcoming planet and these would appear there?

These appear in beacon missions, much like each 'Akbal sector Z' denotes a different beacon - see the lootable objects section in hof board.
 
Remembering Typhon, thinking about the whole Akbal as "upcoming" scares the shit out of me :scared:

Maybe its the extended instance project?

However back on topic, I think its worth noting that Akbal Droka spawned at Ashi during the present, ongoing robot event.
