1pec bps are or were in the technician .
I think you can/could receive 10-20ish pec bps from some lower lvl missions.
(im pretty sure it acts like normal (L) bps and consume 1pec per click)
I have a half dozen bonds hidden away somewhere in storage.... I don't personaly know of a current use.

Nothing yet its one handful RT components (Teleman coins, Rolled smokes) thats has no use. Tenacity said they will have future use and he reconmends to stokepile them now, but that was back in april.

I just crafted a war bond worth 5 ped.
One thing I noticed that they added an ingredient to the blueprint.
They added 1200x vixen android thermal tank
That item didnt use to be on the original BP.
On entropedia still the old recipe: http://www.entropiawiki.com/Info.aspx?chart=Blueprint&id=1933
That means 12 ped extra (excluding MU).
It now costs 15,75 to craft (excl. MU)
I made 1 attempt, got a 5 ped bond + 11,60 metal residu
But still no idea what to do with it
