Do you need 100 attribute tokens before they become useful? I took 10 strength ones to see what happened and it seems to have been a big mistake and I might as well TT them? I thought it would just add 10% of a strength point.

Yes, you need 100 tokens before you can trade them for 1 attribute point.

Don't TT them though - just tuck them away in storage until you acquire 90 more through other missions.

if its example LWT skills..I will most likely be choosing the attribute tokens
if its evade/first aid I would probably choose the skills

if the attribute tokens are for psyche I will most likely be choosing the skills instead
if its intelligence or agility I will go for the attribute tokens

and last but not least it will of course depend on: CAN I GET 100 Tokens for this attribute anytime soon?! If not I will not take them.
