I cant extract some skills

Last time i extracted red skills it worked but not this time?
 
Locked skills extraction was allowed since one of the 12.x updates I think.

Probably they removed that now, again?
 
Did you chip out the skills that unlocked those first? If so, afaik, you cannot chip out skilsl once they are locked... ie - if you no longer have the skills that unlocked coolness, coolness now becomes locked.

Then again, I could be wrong, as I have never chipped skills, in or out.

Its been possible to do that before :scratch2:

They might have put a lock on all red skills, a lot of accounts unlocked every skill due to the skill bug.

Even if you are right, the error message is nonsense.

It's a bug however you look at it.
