Good news for all of us, I guess. More ways people can pay, may lead to more people paying to play, which will help us all.

Hmm, time to move to an Asian country? Getting really really envious here...

great news :) Hope this helps getting in more players.

If this can and will bring in new players, yeah, it's very nice! :))

Time to uncap the sweat gatherer skill !

Ooooooops, you did it already ....

Mistake or intentional to publish tractionprs phone number? :) :)
Nice initiative. Hoping for more players from Asia.

As you are from Thailand, you know anything about this MOL?

So, easier to play or easier to pay? It's not necessarily the same thing :D

Was it because of this new payment system you inplant now that we could not depo this last days.:scratch2:
Then i have to ask, whay did you not tell your players that they was unable to do depo because of this new system.:scratch2:

Easier to pay to play.

Easier to play to pay.

Which one is catchier?

Is this system better than Paypal ?

(Well it can't be worse).

if you can use PayPal to deposit to MOL is this mean that now we can use paypal to deposit to Entropia Universe?

More players means more demand for items which means prices can recover!
Everything is running at 50%, a buyers market....

I couldnt find anything about transaction fees.

Bones

Now if they'd just put a server over this side of the world too ... :silly2:

Wondering what the MOL/Ped exchange rate will be. I can buy MOLs using local currency so if I can save myself the currency conversion cost this might be the way to go for future deposits

They have a $125 daily limit and a maximum of 3 transactions allowed/day.

If you look on their USA page, 100 MOLPoints = 1USD. On their Australian page, 100MOLPoints - 1AUD.

And rather nicely, the MOLPoints wallet can be reloaded via BPay as well as at lots of local retail stores thru ePay.

One thing though, is that there seems to be no withdrawal feature on the MOL site that I can see. There's a MOLCard that seems to work like a debit card, but I think you might need to be in Malaysia for cash withdrawal

Fees seem High

Ok, so I did a test run on MOL in Australia.

I loaded 75.00 AUD via paypal to my MOL Account, and the total charge came to 83.97 AUD, so there must be a load fee included, but I cannot find what the fees are published anywhere.

I deposited $75.00 USD of MOL, 7500 MOL points into my Entropia PED Card, and I only received 562.50 PED for the Deposit.

By all accounts, the fees are WAY WAY WAY too high to make this a worthwhile deposit option. I think we all lose enough ped without paying that level of fees to both MOL and MindArk.

You get zapped on both sides of the transaction, unlike Neteller which seems to be a much better deal.

Hope that helps people decided whether or not to use this option.

Dakin

Ignoring Paypal to MOL costs, thats a deposit cost of 25% !!!!!

Deposit Cost

Yes indeed, 25% plus, it's not worth it. That is just my view.

I wanted to test it out, and it wasn't such a good result.

It suspicious they don't post their fees, but they clearly seem to appear in the transactions.

Bit of a FAIL!

To be fair, I don't think MA is partnered with this product for the Australian market, where we already have good deposit options available. It may well be targetted more for countries where credit card availability is more limited.

Agree

Hi Serica,

I agree with you, we have many more cheaper alternatives, my point was to say that it's a bit expensive for those of us down under to use as a primary deposit channel.
