My client loader is showing system status as offline, anyone else experiencing this issue?

I was logged on, the auction didnt load, then markup not showing, tried to relog, and the client loader is showing system offline...

Showed systems offline when I logged in. I couldn't do damage to any mobs. Relogged, still shows systems offline but I could attack mobs fine.

Most of the times when "I" lose connection, the systems says it is offline,
but i can come back each time.
Yes I comfirm, YOUR problem persist.
