Selling FOMA Shop #30 for 5000 PEDS Firm. (relisted)

With the recent texture improvements in the asteroid shops and the additional slots added when they divided the additional area and main area item points, I think this shop is worth the taking a look at!

When I bought the deed it had 200 item points that could be dispersed anywhere within the shop, however over the last year it had the front area and the main area of the shop divided where you could only put fewer items in the display areas, instead of all 200 item points. In doing so they gave us all 25 additional item points in the display area. Over the last 3-6 months they finally got around to retexturing the asteroid shops, inside and out, and they are not nearly as hideous or blinding as they used to be. I actually like how the place looks now! At this point I want to reinvest the peds into my Medusa Bazaar shop so I'm letting it go at my investment price. The shop # is 30, and it is located just north of teleporter D on the right hand side.
