Yes i have the same problem. My Avatar looks like a Zombi! She looks like she is ill and not eating enough. I could cry too. She was so beautyful befor. I never change her face, body or Hair in the game. It happen after the new VU.
I wrote a message to Support and hope they will give me my old avatarlook back. Its realy realy horrible.

Its very good to see a reply from MA for this problem

my theory on why this bug has appeared (because i mostly noticed one
vertex from the chin moved sligly outside) is:

the new clothing introduced in the oxford inclueds this ninja jumper... it has its neck piece going all the way up to the chin...
...a hunch tells me one fo the designers must have changed the vertex distance while fiddling around to make the clothe piece look correct... and the change he made caused all this problems with everyones faces ...

just a theory
And if anyone needs a change AFTER the original look has been restored

Nice to loose that very...skinny look.

But I must admit if feel like I dont look just like I used to, but Im very happy that my look has changed anyway.
