Question: skill nerfs

anyone know if the skill nerfs include ms repairs and crafting?

There's no such thing as the "skill nerf". People are just, apparently, getting less skills on mobs which dropped levels. So it couldn't possibly affect any other skill gain event which isn't directly tied to mob level.

Pretty sure the other professions haven't been affected
