Buy a TT amount of one of the remaining skills (I will provide ESI) and get the same TT amount (in the purchased skill) for FREE!

In order to get the FREE! skill you must provide the ESI for the FREE! amount.

I will not be responsible for an inexact amount upon the final chipping of the skill.

Do you give collateral for the esi I provide? As I don't want to hand over a free esi to anyone. I think it's a fair question as I don't know you, but ofc a great offer. Possibly to greatly a generous offer...
