Please register yourself and/or your team on this thread so you do not need to take screen shots. Globals will be tracked by me using entropialife.com
Many of you might recognize this event from its similarities to the https://www.planetcalypsoforum.com/forums/showthread.php?191476-The-GREAT-Neconu-Slaughter-57k-PEDS I recently held on Neconu Nation.
This all new event will begin @ 00:00 MA time on
May 1st, 2013
It will run for 6 months
ending @ 23:59 MA time on October 31st, 2013.
And be held here:
55,000 ped in main prizes along with countless ped for every participant
All prizes will be given away!
EVENT OVERVIEW
This event is for both teams and solo hunters alike. Solo participants are also welcome to mine. There are 4 different tiers for hunters to reach. Participants can hunt to obtain these tiers for a chance to win the prize associated with it, as well as any lower tier. Each tier will consist of 1 main prize, as well as a guaranteed consolation PED amount for any and all avatars/teams that reach the requirements for a tier but do not win the main prize.
Requirements for each tier, as well as the prizes are outlined below. With an example following to better explain.
Any team or solo hunter that doesn't win the main prize for their tier will receive the guaranteed prize listed and be entered into the next drawing down.

Any team or solo hunter that doesn't win the main prize for their tier will receive the guaranteed prize listed and be entered into the next drawing down.
How this will play out-
The winner of each prize will be picked from all players that qualified for each tier using the modulo system (see below).
Here is an example of what the end of the event may look like. Let's say we have 20 people join.
-Players A & B each get 750 globals, team C gets 1850 globals so they all qualify for tier 4. Here is an example of what the end of the event may look like. Let's say we have 20 people join.
-Players D and E get 650, and team F get 1350 making them all qualify for tier 3.
-Players G-L get 400 qualifying them for tier 2.
-Teams M - T all get 425 qualifying them for tier 1.
Using the above numbers:
-First would be the drawing for the Tier 4. If player A wins the 25k ped he has won and his name is removed. Player B and Team C receive their guaranteed ped prizes and then entered into the drawing for tier #3.
-Second drawing is tier #3. In this drawing we have D, E, F, also player B (with 3.5k PED) and team C (with 7k ped). This time E wins 15k ped and is removed from the event. D,F,B, and C all receive their guaranteed ped prizes and are then entered into the drawling for tier #2
-Third drawing is tier #2. Now we have players G-L along with D,F,B, and C. 1 player will win 10k ped and be removed from further drawings. All the players that did not win, will receive their due guaranteed PED and be moved into the drawing for Tier #1.
-Final drawing will be for anyone that met or exceeded the requirements for tier 1 over the 6 months and has not yet won a main prize. 1 player will receive 5k ped. While everyone else receives the appropriate guaranteed ped amount for tier 1.
Note: If player B has not won any prize at this point he will have accumulated 6,700 PED
Likewise if team C did not win any of the main prizes they would end up with 13,400 PED
Likewise if team C did not win any of the main prizes they would end up with 13,400 PED
Placement and Prize drawing procedure-
As an avatar or team reaches the requirements for a tier they will be assigned with a number. Starting with the number 0, then 1, and so on. Once somebody in tier #1 qualifies for tier #2, he will be given #0 (or the next available number) for tier #2. He will be removed from his place in the list for tier #1. Any Avatar with a # higher than his was in tier #1, will then drop 1 number to fill in the missing spot.
In reverse at the end of the event, when the first drawing is over (Tier #4), anyone that didn't win the prize will be added to the end of the list for tier #3 in the order they were in tier #4.
Example: Tier #4 has 3 avatars - A, B, & C. Tier #3 has 4 avatars - 0, 1, 2, & 3. If in the drawing for tier #4, avatar B wins, the drawing for Tier #3 would look like this with A and C added to the END- 0, 1, 2, 3, A (4), & C (5)
Prizes will be drawn on Tuesday November 5th 2013 and awarded as soon as winners can be contacted.
Using the modulo function, a winner for each prize will be selected based on the http://www.euromillions.be/ drawing on Tuesday November 5th 2013. The digits from the drawing, in the order they appear on the EuroMillions site, will be combined to form a random number. Then the total number of entries' modulo will be used to determine the winning avatar in each tier.
Example: 3 avatars qualified for tier #4, winning Euromillions numbers for Tuesday November 5th 2013:
3 11 25 32 48 5 9
31125324859 Modulo 3 = 1
In this case, the second avatar to reach tier #4 would be the winner.
Avatars that did not win the 25k ped would then be given their guaranteed ped and added to tier #3 as outlined above.
The total number of avatars in each drawing would be used to find the winner based off the same Euromillions #.
Prizes will be drawn in descending order (Tier 4, Tier 3, Tier 2 and Tier 1).

*** I am not responsible for any globals/hofs not recorded by entropialife.com! This is only one option, and if you wish to go this route you do so at your own risk.
You can continue "repeating" the event as many times as you are able for more chances to win.
You are also allowed to compete both solo and as part of a team.
I look forward to a great event with you all. Good Luck to everyone!!!
