Question: about the permanent effect items?

MM SGA with 86/min and adding 5% is hard to check tbh :)
Problem is I want to put it on top of my sentinel helmet, otherwise I'm not "protected" enough ;)

Any Mod Merc should be able to fire 90 times a minute with a 5% boost to reload speed.
