Squall loves his Mod Excavator and won't sell. The only Tier 3 Mod Excavator in game is owned by Eve Damsel. Skalman has looted one during this migration just like I did, but since he's a known aficionado of shiny toys of the modified kind, I doubt he sells
which makes this the only Modified Excavator available on the market until the next Eomon migration.
The mod excavator will get you and your resources out of pvp zones faster than anything else. Only downside for FOMA & HELL miners is that it takes way longer to run from claim to claim than doing the actual extraction
TT Value is 795 ped and going down; Tier rate is 0.8 and going up.
Tiers: 67, 41, 61, 64, 63, 107, 47, 106, 95, 103
