Is it okay to have two avatars?

I heard someone was banned by MindArk because he has two avatars (two accounts), but some people ingame told me it's okay. They said "MindArk KNOW we have two avatars, but they don't care about it at all."

Just wondered whether you will be banned if you have two avatars at a time?

Technicly it's not OK. But ppl do it any ways.

Nothing in the EULA against have multiple avatars.

Chapter 2 seems to indicate that only one avatar is allowed
per person. Only exceptions are underaged family members,
and MA seems to tolerate the using of wife's/husband's
avatar. But the wording is funnily obfuscated, so it is hard
to say.

And a massive number of nondepositing players are
pro sweaters, and they start a new account every 2 months
or so. Either they feed in different details (neighbour's name
and address, for example) or same info, and MA either
tolerates it, or simply have no resources to do anything.

1. Don't lie when you register your account.
2. Use a different email address for each account.
