The argument rages - due to inserter decay shold the cost added to an implant be one pec or two pec?
Whichever side of this argument I am on weapon compare has decided it is one pec.
Since the mf awakening, the way implants work has changed considerably. I may change implants often or not often. As a user of weapon compare I would like to be able to choose whether to include one, two ore even zero pec on the tool.
I personally think if there is to be a default, by which manay avatars can compare on an equal standing, the default should be zero pec.
effectively, the current implant selections, should be replaced by one inserter tool selection. And the implant selctions re-implemented to provide effective calculations relating to the costs involved in using the mf chip/implant combinations.
Yes, I am saying the current implant selection implementation is no more than an over configured, whacked out, inserter tool cost adder. This does really need updating.
