Yep, but it's also quite easy to not end up in the best possible loot period (as there are only 4 per day for a specific area) so in that case if you hunt for one hour straight with the same gear and then continue the next hour it's quite likely you will just have average loot.

Come to think of it it would be interesting to figure out the statistics (I'm "bad" at math) to see how big of a chance you have during a day to end up in the best possible loot spot :p If anyone is good with mathematical statistics i can give you what you need for figuring it out :p
