Hi everyone,

I have been trying to log into the game for a while.

Had some crazy swirly stuff after a correct login but still no entry.

Made several calls to the support, but all I got was some crazy numbers of this and that ip and this or that something or other.

WAIT

I am not a computer expert ok?

I Just like to log in and spend some cash and log out and chat some and well, that's it.

But I have had some 3 or 4 crazy computerized messages lately which is just bad business.

Imagine running a catering business where all your customers had to be expert chefs.

I forgot to delete my account with the Lethal Brotherhood soc. So no bad ref to them.

I don't know whether to laugh or cry. Peezle your opening post makes no sense whatsoever. Then someone posts they are confused you start attacking them.


You've had plenty of breaks and yet you come back same as before. Please for the love of lootius try something different. Perhaps that may work better.


Above all write clearly so that whatever point you want to make it actually comes across. For example in this one you fail to mention what exactly is the problem which leaves us guessing and there isn't even enough there for us to form any kind of conclusion as to what the problem was.

If I ever thought you can speak in a clear way I would speak with you.

If also ( which keys into Bemo's argument ) you could ever forget you were a gambler ( also that's fine ) we might have something to say.

I have got several messages with what I would call computerspeak.

Do this or that with some bullshit ip.

What is this that I have to become a computer expert to play a game?

I will give you the exact lines when I am not pissed off. Civ 5 does not expect this. Hence their riches. For example.

I got a lot of gibberish is my small answer.

you are correct, I am just so annoyed atm I have to wait until I am able to upload those stupid lists of random ( to me ) numbers.

But trust me, imagine making 3 requests for clarity and hearing 3 lists of some stupid shit that can only make sense to computer nerds.

Is this a good business plan or just some fucked up experiment in losing money?

this reminds me of trying to run EU on my mothers newer laptop.


though i have slightly knowledge of how programms should work

i still had to contact support because of an obscure error message after clicking launch.


support was within time and even sent me a link.

clicked the link - installed the stuff.

clicked launch again - same error.

:eek:


i tried another 2 times after the VU.

i guess i will uninstall the client next time im at my moms house :wise:


thats with a rather new laptop running win7 32bit

this should not happen.

Thank you for contacting us. Have you already downloaded DirectX 9?. If you haven't, please download DirectX 9 from this address http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=34429.

This will not uninstall your current version of DirectX, it will only place some files need by EU. If you need further assistance please let us know.

Strange, you shouldn't have any problems. Have you tried inspecting the logs for software and system in the event viewer located Control Panel\System and Security\Administrative Tools

Maybe you can find what could be causing this error in there.
