This was so unexpected - i was just grinding Haloween Mayhem and hopeing for more mutated pumpkins. So far this is my highest loot including markup (roughly 5-6k peds).
And yes - it is from Zombie Mutant Raider in instance level 2

I actually own one at tier 2.2 already so one of them will be for sale for sure - i am not yet sure which one
