This is a short distance away from Camp Echidna (see map below).

Can sell furnished or unfurnished (please specify below). If you don't specify, I will assume you want it unfurnished.

Starting Bid (furnished): 4000 ped
Starting Bid (unfurnished): 3500 ped

Buyout (furnished): 5500 ped
Buyout (unfurnished): 5000 ped

The house was used for society gatherings, and as a place to store items in a way that other people could enjoy (something nice about having that ISIS on the wall rather than in a storage unit. ;) )

Some people use it for soc storage and or meetings. Others use it with shop keepers as a shop. And others, like me, use it just for myself. :)
