Question: 50% Skill Increase Buff for nearly 9 hours???

Today, I saw an avatar, the symbol of the buff that he has looks strange to me, so I made a check and it shows that: 50% Skill Increase with more than 8 hours left.

I did ask around friends for more information, but seems that no one understand what is going on. Anyone can help? Is it the natural weekend skill bonus that we randomly get? Or it is a new pill?
 
Neurobiotic Booster A5 10mg does this, 50% for 10 hours. I have one in storage from some avatar contest a year ago.
 
i got 1 of those from letting a disciple graduating
 
Also got one as a mentor reward. The boost is active for 10 hours.

I had 2 times Neuriobiotic Booster A5 10mg as mentor gift.

I just wanted to confirm in case someone was still unsure: you can log on/off while having this boost and the time will save where you left off. I just finished using my 10 hour one from The Core event. It was an awesome boost in skills.
