Anyway I'm off, no concrete answers to any of the questions, noone knows how to boost one's return to 90%, noone knows how long it takes - all you guys know is that "IT SHOULD BE POSSIBLE AND IT SHOULD HAPPEN"...

Meaning I can "pray for it" (keep cycling) for my entire life and there isnt even 1 guarantee that I'll ever get a word from this "90% return GOD thingie"...

Remove the bolded numbers from the chart and now;


you calculate the average of the rates without the bolded ones to see how our loot looks like

In each post you said "this doesn't change the facts", and you didn't show any facts at all.

Now, you just changed my facts, and even what you did didn't made 60%.

I just read through the rest of this thread and can sympathize with the complaints about unfair returns. For the record, these two towers don't imply that I've now made money in PE, but I'm slightly closer to breaking even considering the loot and skills I've gotten from the past 11 years playing every now and then.

Also, I took a break from Stage V Marcimex and Mind Reaver quests for this mining trip. I've killed thousands of those mobs and maybe gotten two loots in the 300 - 400 ped range. I'm a level 75 BLP Pistoleer, 70 Laser Pistoleer, 55 Electrokinetic, 45 Shortblades, and dumped enough peds in crafting to get a 0.81 QR on a Simple Plastic Spring III BP -- small scale compared to the ubers' ped turnover, but still substantial. I've only gotten a handful of hunting and crafting loots over 1K in the past 11 years. I'm not complaining since I finally got my payout via mining, but I have definitely contributed my share to the loot pool over the years.

You've got to focus on minimizing your losses via markup while waiting for your turn to get a dunk in the loot pool... and switching to a profession you're less skilled at every now and then can (apparently) increase your chance of getting your loot rebate.
