Buying: Small shop or shoping booth with decent location

Hey guys,

I am looking to buy a small shop somewhere or shopping booth that is not completely hidden somewhere

I am ok with "no prime" locations, but I don't want to get lost on the way there, or have a 10 minutes video tutorial for other people for that

Please let me know if you want to sell one!
