While hunting Mulmum I though I was suffering from severe loot lag because nothing would come up.
After a while I checked on the "System chat" and all the Mulmums Level 82 and 90 were no looters.

As soon as I noticed I commented to Grave digger that was suffering from the same, and... server went down.

Did anyone else experience this?
Can anyone log in now?

"T" doesn't work, TP chips doesn't work, neither vehicles i can spawn
but i doubt its whole calypso, seen globals on many other mobs

glad i didnt logoff or disconnected...walked oldschool to fort Pandora and while passing the serverborder i've got ~100 Ped in ammo back (its not what i've wasted but at least something)

1. MA websites are hosted in different address space than game servers.
2. Timeout can be there because of ICMP turned of on certain nodes.
3. It looks like telia problem not direct MA website problem.
4. Calm down because you're doing your connection checking wrong :(

Hmm..now am I...sure its different address space...probably even different servers,.... BUT THE CONNECTION TO THOSE SERVERS IS THE SAME - THROUGH TELIA...

I care not of PING TIMEOUTS, I am aware that if it would be true "timeout" I couldnt even load the page / play the game - I AM TALKING ABOUT HUGE LAG SPIKES WHICH ARE OCCURING ON A NEARLY DAILY BASIS...


And rofl - dont tell me I'm checking this shit wrong, what a weird coincidence that in the same moment my game is having this one-sided packetloss / LAG, the connection to the basic entropia page is pinged up, has packetloss when the heavy spike occurs,...and a weirder coincidence that ITS LIKE THAT EVERYTIME IT HAPPENS,...



If you read above all my writing is about the MA ISP, not MA itself - tho MA is responsible for not pressuring them..

It's 10 mbit/s connection splitted over 4 computers, with data download ongoing atm and 3 different mmo clients running simultaneously.

So maybe problem is not theirs isp but yours? It's nearly impossible to provide lag-free connection for every part of the world 24/7.

EDIT: I'm experiencing problems with DC and other minor-lags from time to time but it's not permanent everyday experience for me.

I cant use teleporters, and if I try, I can no longer type in channels and pms
 
Got a reply from support.

No ammo was used and didnt suffer any decay during that problem.

1. www.entropiauniverse.com isnt address where entropia game is connecting to.
2. if icmp is firewalled you will se results as shown but it does not mean game port is closed and not working.
