Hi all Miners

Question is 119,12% Avg Markup of Sales enough to cover the Markup for Level5 Amps when i buy them for 107-108% ?

And is it really a bad choice when lets say 10k cyled Peds with Level5 Amp and 2k Ped TT loose to better Switch Amp down to Lvl2 to reduce loses or should i better continue with Lvl5 Amped and hope ?

Regarding point 2 Imho the Buffer you should have to use a setup should be minimum 1000 clicks without the need to sell something. ( imho ) The more the better. It can take a considerabke amount of clicks in an activity to see average return.

Regarding the Amp you should be able to calculate the needed markup by assuming 0.9 ROI and calculating cost per click in TT and cost per click with MU.

something like if ( cost per click with MU ) < cost TT per click * 0.9 + ( any additional cost auc, transport,... ) => high chance to profit.

To reach the 0.9 you might need a big sample size and even then it is not guaranteed, but a statistical size.

200 TT per level 5 amp.
If you buy for 108%; 200*0.08 = 16 ped markup per amp

98 drops per level 5 amp.
~3 ped assumed finder decay
1 ped bomb and 2 ped amp decay per drop; 98*(1+2) = 294 ped
294+3 = 297 ped active costs

if 95% return: 297*0.95 = 282.15
if 90% return: 297*0.90 = 267.3

Total costs (incl markup) for a one amp run (98 drops): 297 + 16 = 313 ped
(stuff like transport costs, armor decay from mobs etc not included)

Average markup needed from minerals to break even
@ 95% return: 313/282.15 = 1.11 --> 110%
@ 90% return: 313/267.3 = 1.17 --> 117%

Looks like your 119.12% average markup should work out, at least for breaking even.

On the "amp switching" point, it can be rewarding to occasionally drop to lower amps as i have found out, and many others have expressed over time.
