There is no Start or Buy Out price, I asked for some realistic offers, my friend, and old timer is out of touch with market prices.

If you would like to make a realistic bid, then please do so.
 
Without a SB any offer looks reasonable and MU is based off what the market is willing to pay. Right now it looks like 25k is what the market is willing to pay as that is the only offer. And again with out a SB to start at or a range in price you are looking for how would we know what you consider reasonable?
