Currently, unsure it might be because of summer time or just overall bad returns in aakas, there are not many people running the instances. There is only very little available, and some people are keeping everything to themselves, or wait till the prices of golden key parts rise to astronomical MU.
Concider this a free bump, but as Neil said, try the Arkadia forums. You might just be able to spur players into running more aakas for the golden key parts.
