It's support staff to deceid if case is finished or not. You don't have right to coment any further, or even click personally "close case" button like it is usually in 99% of other suports in other games.
I think it is because limited support staff have to praise itself with some result, and any support case with copy-paste answer and closed is "solved/finished" support case in their records
