CLD, 60,000 deeds at 1000 ped each MA raised $6m (rev 25% share of Calypso revenue to investors)
Dividend paid weekly
All sold, unless MA still got a few left they were giving as prizes.
Current open market prices approx. 1100 - 1200 peds, they hit a high of around 1450 last year.
AUD 200,000 deeds at 50 ped each Ark hoping to raise $1m if all sold for Arkadia Underground (rev 5% LA tax to investors). Which works out for every 40,000 ped revenue paid, investors get 2,000 ped which equates to 1 pec per deed. (Note: Just the underground, not Arkadia planet).
Dividend paid daily
Deeds available from broker at underground, you need to extract peds off your card to buy them. Currently able to buy under broker price on the open market (resales).
CPD 200,000 deeds at 100 ped each, MA hoping to raise $2m if all sold for new browser/tablet/mobile phone competition pet game (30% rev share to investors). Current approx. 13,500 shares sold (which includes resales). Game opens 1st quarter 2015 if on target. Likely links to current ped card. There addition of 15% for affiliate programme for bringing friends in that spend.
Unknown dividend dates.
Note deeds available at most times in "global auction" via all planets. Select top right of auction window. Although MA sometimes list on Caly auction too.
Getting paid
All pay-outs paid to your personal pedflow center account based on shares owned. To extract those dividends you can find the button in the library or right click on ped card and select pedflow center.
There is an opportunity to make a gain on both dividends paid and deed capital gain (increase of deed price).
Although like any investment prices can go up as well as down based on demand and dividend values.
Even so currently both CLD and AUD pay better than real life bank accounts.
CPD is an unknown, you can buy early and hope the game is fantastic so there will be huge demand for the deeds, or play the market and hope to buy them cheaper later. If you buy them early you are sitting on an non earning investment until it goes live, but choice is yours (I bought quite a few).
