I am pretty excited and have EU to thank.
In 2007 I withdrew a little over 200k PED at cash out. I took this money and put it into real estate.
I have rolled it over as investment through 4 properties since with a partner, and this spring purchased my first property in full without one.
The condo needed alot of work, so was cheap. 130k cost( all paid for with what was originally my EU money, and any profits I made with it) +15k material ( I do all work myself, takes much longer, but much cheaper, and done right). And the appraisal is at 190k.
I gained over $40k in equity and that doesn't include the monthly lease income. @16k ped a month
Thanks to EU this is possible....without those initial investment funds...it simply would not have been.
My apologies for the stagnant website and droid ap. This is the reason, and as soon as I rent this place, I will be working on more tools and cleaning things up some.
